<p>Twision ist die Erste Show die den Zuschauer live durch Twitter mit dem Programmteam vernetzt.</p>
<p>Würde mich freuen wenn auch deutsche Sender diesen Ansatz aufgreifen würden.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wie Facebook gehört auch Twitter in den USA schon seit 2008/2009 zum Marketing-Standard. Und so langsam entdecken auch zunehmend deutsche Unternehmen das es durchaus sinnvoll ist, Twitter zu nutzen.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Da mir vor allem in Bezug auf Twitter jedoch immer noch recht häufig die Frage gestellt wird, warum man diese Plattform für die Unternehmenskommunikation nutzen sollte, fange ich hier mit den wichtigsten Gründen an, die für Twitter sprechen.</p>
<p><strong>Unternehmen, die Twitter nutzen&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>- erweitern ihr Netzwerk (B2C und B2B)</p>
<p>- können in Echtzeit mit ihren Interessenten und Kunden kommunizieren</p>
<p>- schaffen einen Mehrwert für ihre Follower &#8211; und wer gibt, bekommt auch immer etwas zurück</p>
<p>- sind offener und schaffen damit eine bessere Kundennähe</p>
<p>- werden zusätzlich in Suchmaschinen gelistet (Account und Nachrichten)</p>
<p>- haben damit einen zusätzlichen Traffic-Lieferanten</p>
<p>- können mit 140 Zeichen Fachkräfte finden</p>
<p>- können mit Journalisten in Kontakt treten die auch „alle“ Twitter nutzen, da es kein aktuelleres Medium gibt</p>
<p>- sind dabei und können reagieren, wenn über sie geredet/getwittert wird</p>
<p>- können, richtig gemacht, ihren Umsatz steigern</p>
<p><strong>Vorbereitung einer Twitter-Strategie:</strong></p>
<p>Monitoring und Dialog: Ein gutes Monitoring beinhaltet u. a. die gesamte Kommunikation im Social Web, die über Ihre Marke und Produkte im Internet stattfindet. Ich empfehle, so oft wie möglich in einen Dialog einzusteigen. Dabei ist unwichtig, ob Positives oder Negatives berichtet wurde, reagieren Sie, und das möglichst zeitnah. Bedanken Sie sich für Positives und gehen Sie auch auf Kritik ein.</p>
<p>Hier gilt es individuell zu entscheiden, ob öffentlich oder durch eine private Mitteilung. Schließlich geht es bei negativen Veröffentlichungen nicht selten um Kundenzufriedenheit und gerade im „Internetzeitalter“ bilden sich Menschen sehr schnell eine Meinung, wenn irgendwer irgendwas zu einem Produkt, einer Marke, einer Dienstleistung etc. veröffentlicht, weshalb eine Reaktion unabdingbar ist.</p>
<p>Wichtig: Nur nicht gleich die Rechtsabteilung einschalten, denn dieses Vorgehen richtet nicht selten einen großen Schaden an, siehe z. B. <a href="http://t3n.de/news/social-media-week-oskr-2010-266330">Jack Wolfskin</a> (Link führt zu einem Artikel des t3n-Magazin).</p>
<p><strong>Die drei wichtigsten Twitter-Regeln: </strong></p>
<p>- Kommunizieren Sie menschlich</p>
<p>- Nutzen Sie Twitter nicht vorrangig als Werbe- oder Presseverteiler</p>
<p>- Das Verhältnis zwischen Nachrichten bzw. Links zu Ihren Produkten bzw. Dienstleistungen zu anderen interessanten „tweets“ muss „stimmig“ sein, um vorrangig einen Mehrwert zu bieten und Follower zu gewinnen</p>
<p><strong>Beispiele für Ziele, die durch eine Twitter-Strategie verfolgt werden können: </strong></p>
<p>Bekanntheit steigern: Durch eine möglichst große Anzahl an wertvollen Followern, die z. B. auch Ihre Nachrichten retweeten, werden Sie die Bekanntheit Ihres Unternehmens steigern.</p>
<p>Traffic steigern: Im richtigen Verhältnis zu anderen interessanten Tweets können Sie Links zu Ihren eigenen Webseiten teilen und damit den Traffic steigern. Auch hier gilt natürlich: Je mehr Follower Sie haben, desto mehr Traffic bekommen Sie.</p>
